Our women's self-defense classes provide you with valuable skills

Make sure you can take care of yourself in the event of an attack. Come to Dreadnought Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to take one of our women's self-defense classes. You'll learn moves and tactics that could one day save your life. Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. You can come as often as you want.

Participate in an important, effective workout

Self-defense class is a good way to get in your daily workout. You'll train in jiu-jitsu surrounded by other women with common goals in mind. These classes are open to women ages 14 and older.

Jiu-jitsu trains you to be aware of your surroundings and to know how to use your surroundings to your advantage. After taking some of our self-defense classes, you'll be able to feel safer when walking home.
